These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and aajili ("aajili," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the aajili online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at aajili.app (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

aajili reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date indicated at the top. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use the aajili Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine laws and regulations governing online gambling and gaming activities.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of aajili, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform or have been excluded by any regulatory authority.

aajili reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification checks at any time. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when requested and to promptly update such information if it changes. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

To access the full range of aajili services, you must create a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one account on the aajili Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aajili login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. aajili will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify aajili immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. aajili will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Account Ownership: Your aajili account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights therein to any other person.

aajili reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

All financial transactions on the aajili Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other supported payment channels are subject to the processing times and limits of the respective payment provider.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits are generally credited to your aajili account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. aajili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are only available to verified accounts. You must complete identity verification before your first withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawal Processing: aajili aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day. Processing times may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• Payment Method Consistency: Withdrawals must generally be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. aajili reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the ownership of any payment account.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). aajili is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your bank or payment provider.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. aajili reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its prevailing dormancy policy.

aajili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. aajili reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits may not be eligible for certain promotional offers.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the specified validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your account without compensation.
• Modification and Withdrawal: aajili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games available on the aajili Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gameplay terms apply across all aajili games:

• Game Integrity: All games on the aajili Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. aajili does not manipulate game results in any way.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during gameplay, aajili reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. aajili's decision in such matters is final.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, player tier, and promotional period. These limits are displayed within each game interface.
• Disconnection Policy: If you are disconnected from the Platform during an active game round, the round will be completed according to the game's rules. aajili is not liable for losses resulting from disconnection caused by your internet service provider or device.
• Game History: A record of your game history is maintained in your account and is available for review. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the server-side game log shall be the definitive record.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aajili Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using false or third-party identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, servers, or security systems.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown bug are void.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward aajili staff or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

All content on the aajili Platform, including but not limited to the aajili name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive intellectual property of aajili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from aajili.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any aajili trademarks, logos, or brand elements for any commercial purpose.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of aajili's intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by aajili.

aajili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, aajili collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the Platform experience. aajili does not sell your personal data to third parties. aajili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time through account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set session time reminders to help manage the amount of time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through the account settings or by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aajili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond aajili's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information or content provided on the Platform.
• Losses caused by third-party payment processors, including delays or failures in processing deposits or withdrawals.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. aajili makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. aajili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate the player account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Voluntary Closure: You may close your aajili account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements.
• Termination by aajili: aajili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if you are found to have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if aajili is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply.
• Balance on Termination for Cause: Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, aajili reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Balances derived from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct may be forfeited in their entirety.

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the aajili Platform, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: You must first contact the aajili customer support team and provide full details of your complaint. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within five (5) business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request escalation to a senior member of the aajili team. Escalated complaints will be reviewed and responded to within ten (10) business days.
• Step 3 — Final Decision: aajili's final decision on any dispute will be communicated in writing. In matters relating to game outcomes, the server-side game log shall be the definitive and binding record.

aajili's decisions on all disputes are final and binding, subject only to any rights you may have under applicable Philippine law. You agree to attempt to resolve disputes through this process before pursuing any other legal remedy.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

You irrevocably agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms. Nothing in this clause shall limit aajili's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
